Now that the Atom 1.0 specification is pretty much final and waiting for approval, I have updated my feeds to the new standard.
It wasn’t much of a re-write for me. Some tags got a different name, that’s basically it.
One of the primary changes is that Atom 1.0 uses a new XML namespace. The version 0.3 namespace used be
http://purl.org/atom/ns#, which I had to change to

There is a ‘but’: As the format isn’t approved yet, most feed readers don’t support it. Currently I’m having problems with Sage, and I have casualty reports on Bloglines. Let’s hope they catch on soon. In the meantime; Please update your feeds for my site :-)
