I started shifting my video content away from Vimeo. It seems like I keep running into conversion problems, so from now on I'll be using the local media webserver again. Which also means the quality has gone up.
If you run into problems viewing the video, please let me know.

Hayo 26 Aug 2009 Thanks Martin. This seems to be a very weird problem where some windows installations have certain security settings that don't allow external content to be read by flash. really weird stuff, I've yet to find a fix for that.
