The 1200 kilometer journey to the country was undertaken by car. On the way we stayed in Regensburg in Germany, and in Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia. Finally we ended up in the town of Liptovský Hrádok, where we stayed a week, undertook several trips and attended her fathers' 60th birthday party.
Slovakia is a beautiful country, if somewhat troubled by politicians who mess things up quite a lot. I took the Sony Z5 with me, and tried shooting a bit of a holiday video.
